CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) POLICY

Important Notice for All Customers in Pakistan

By placing a Cash on Delivery (COD) order on our website, you confirm that your order details are accurate and that you intend to receive the ordered products.

1. Order Confirmation and Customer Responsibility

Once an order is confirmed and dispatched, customers are expected to cooperate with the delivery process and accept delivery in accordance with the agreed order terms.

2. Refusal of Delivery Without a Valid Reason

Customers are requested not to refuse delivery without a valid reason after confirming an order. Unjustified refusal may cause financial losses, including outbound shipping charges, return shipping charges, and other reasonable, documented expenses where legally recoverable.

3. Applicable Laws in Pakistan

This policy refers to the following applicable Pakistani laws, where relevant to the circumstances:

  • Sale of Goods Act, 1930 — Section 44: Addresses a buyer's liability for loss caused by neglecting or refusing to take delivery in circumstances covered by the provision.

  • Sale of Goods Act, 1930 — Section 56: Provides a remedy for a seller to claim damages where a buyer wrongfully refuses to accept and pay for goods.

  • Contract Act, 1872 — Sections 73 and 74: Address compensation for loss or damage caused by breach of contract and compensation where a sum or penalty is stipulated, subject to applicable legal requirements.

The application of these provisions depends on the facts of each case, the terms of the agreement, and applicable law.

4. Recovery of Documented Losses

Where legally justified, the seller reserves the right to seek recovery of reasonable, documented losses caused by an unjustified refusal to accept delivery, through appropriate legal channels.

No fixed penalty, fine, or legal consequence will apply automatically merely because a parcel is refused.

5. Genuine Delivery Issues

Customers experiencing incorrect products, damaged goods, delivery discrepancies, or other genuine issues should contact our customer support team promptly so the matter can be reviewed fairly.

6. Order Cancellation

Customers wishing to cancel an order should contact us as soon as possible before dispatch. Cancellation requests made after dispatch may be subject to the applicable cancellation and return policy and the customer's legal rights.

7. Fair and Lawful Enforcement

We reserve the right to review repeated, demonstrably abusive ordering activity and take proportionate action permitted by applicable law. Any legal claim will be assessed on its merits and supported by relevant evidence.

By placing a COD order, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.
